I have been to a couple metro Detroit dealers looking for a new bike this spring. After visiting Wolverine I knew this dealer was different and made me feel very comfortable without sales pressure. It had been 15 years since I bought a new bike and Andreas took the time to walk me through new features that make this new bike worth the investment. I traded my 2007 Ultra and received a fair dollar amount. My trade in was a 15 year old bike. After the sale was complete I was taken on a tour of the parts, clothing and service department. I could tell this dealer wants to take care of it's customers. After meeting several people in repair I made my 1000 mile maintenance appointment and the service guy provided me extensive contact information and encouraged me to call if I have questions or concerns.
